and raised in San Francisco and sunny Orlando, Kris is a coastal soul living life landlocked
in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma — and thriving in the adventure. A proud mom of four, animal
rescuer, ASL speaker, and former bartender, Kris has always been passionate about
people, connection, and building meaningful relationships.

After years of moving with her husband, a retired Veteran, Kris found real estate to be the
perfect fit: portable, people-focused, and full of creative inspiration. What started as a
cross-country PCS move turned into a calling — one that let her turn her knack for
multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to adapt into a career she loves.

Kris earned her real estate license in 2025 through VanEd and proudly represents Chinowth
& Cohen Realtors® while serving clients across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Coweta, Wagoner, Owasso,
and areas surrounding the Metro City, bringing joy, intentionality, and a coastal breeze of
fun into every transaction.
